01 What do singles, half kit, and full kit mean?
Each product offers three kit sizes. Singles are individual vials (bulk allows 1–4). Half and full kits are sold as one unit each. Selecting a kit updates the price in place. See the kit sizes guide for details.
02 How do I pay for research peptides at CanadaEhPeps?
After checkout you can pay with USDC on Solana or Ethereum, or send an Interac e-Transfer. Submit your transaction hash or Interac confirmation so the order can move to payment submitted, then be confirmed by admin. Credit cards are not accepted.
03 What is the difference between Group Buy and Bulk Buy?
Group Buys are shared windows with seat limits and closing conditions. Bulk Buys are individual products with their own pricing and availability that you can order anytime.
04 Where are Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Certificates live in the COA library. They are published independently and may not be linked from every product card. Search by peptide name or batch code.
05 How do I change or cancel an order?
Use Support to submit an order-change or refund request with your order code. Final business rules are confirmed by the operator.
06 Is this for human consumption?
No. CanadaEhPeps is a research-use catalogue only. Products are not for human consumption, medical treatment, or diagnostic use.
07 Do you ship research peptides across Canada?
Yes. CanadaEhPeps is a Canada-focused catalogue. Provide a complete Canadian shipping address at checkout. Fulfilment timelines appear on your order page after payment is confirmed.
08 Can I pay with Interac e-Transfer?
Yes. Choose Interac e-Transfer at checkout. Your order page shows the destination email and instructions. Use your order code in the transfer message or security answer as directed.
09 What cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We accept USDC on Solana and Ethereum networks only. Send the exact USD-quoted amount to the address shown on your order page, then submit the transaction hash.
10 How do I track my order?
Use Track order with the code from your confirmation email (format like CEP-XXXXXX-YYMMDD). You will see payment and fulfilment status.
11 Are prices in CAD or USD?
Catalogue prices are shown in USD. You may settle in USDC (USD stablecoin) or Interac e-Transfer for the quoted USD amount as instructed on the order page.
12 What happens when a group buy closes?
When a group window ends, seats stop selling and confirmed orders move into fulfilment. Track status from your order page. Learn more in the group buys guide.
13 How do I read a COA?
A certificate of analysis typically lists product identity, batch or lot code, and analytical results for that batch. Download published files from the COA library. See our guide on how to read a COA.
14 Can I request a peptide that is not listed?
Yes. Contact support with the compound name and preferred kit size. Requests help plan future group windows or bulk listings when feasible.
